1. The British can't make decisions for other people.They can't sell people like James Forten into slavery.-Christine
2. It was not just that the British would kidnap free men and held the captive in bondage.They did not let them use the restroom,or go outside,they would push them ,and made them sleep on the cold hard floor below deck. -George
